SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

At AnotherPhase we value every single customer and we take the utmost care with deliveries. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. We will not reship or refund orders with incorrect address provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

Processing Time: We will take 2-7 days to process your order. All orders including USA and international orders meet the timeline stated above. If for some reason we are experiencing delays in shipping, a notification will be sent out via email or SMS.

 

USA Orders

Shipping Method: USPS, FEDEX, or UPS will be used.

 

Shipping Speed: Priority Shipping does not mean you will receive your order 2-3 days after you placed it. PLEASE NOTE that the 2- 3 days is the shipping speed for which you paid USPS to deliver your order. First Class: Will take 2-5 days to get to you. Is for small packages. Plus the processing time.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the USPS or the delivery carrier. AnotherPhase does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 2-7 business days  to process your order. Processing times doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email /SMS with tracking information. If you do not leave an email address at checkout you will not receive an order or shipping notification.

OUTSIDE OF THE US

AnotherPhase is proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. It also depends on what delivery method you select. AnotherPhase is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

CUSTOMS

Non-US customers

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

The shipping method you select  and pay DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS AND TAXES THAT WILL BE CHARGED BY YOUR COUNTRY.

Your order is shipped with import fees, taxes and customs unpaid. Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot refund purchases due to import/customs charges. 

​

If you refuse a package because of customs fees and the shipping courier returns the package the charges will be deducted from your credit including the original shipping charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AnotherPhase, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe in providing extraordinary customer service and making your shopping experience an amazing one from our store.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND THE HEALTH OF OUR CUSTOMERS, THERE WILL NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT BEFORE PURCHASING.

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not process the refund or exchange. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Contact us immediately with your name, order number and the items question at anotherphase@gmail.com or text us at 803. 290. 6862

We will provide you with a prepaid return label and ship you the correct item or a replacement for the defective item.

 

IMPORTANT: Original Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage. Please. Note that if you do not protect the package and upon receipt the item is damaged we will not accept the item and there will be no replacement or refund.

 

Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Most jewelry will have measurements in the description of the listing. If you are unsure of the size of the item, please contact us first before purchasing. Purchasing the wrong size do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.

If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING, or wearing the items and sending them back no credit or refund will be issued and they will be blocked from our site. 

 

Final Sale Items: Non Returnable, No Exceptions

All items found in the Sale section, CLEARANCE AND ALL SALE ITEMS are non-returnable.

All FINAL SALES, CLEARANCE or any items purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
